WHAT IT IS

A structured way to clean a polluted maintenance backlog.

At most sites, 20 to 40% of the open workorders no longer reflect operational reality. The work was already done, or it never will be, or the original requirement disappeared years ago. Nobody has time to clean it up workorder by workorder.

Backlog Cleanup groups workorders by likelihood-to-close, gives every owner a focused review queue, and tracks every decision in an audit trail. The AI does the preselection — planners simply review and confirm the recommendations.

    Import the Excel CSV to you ERP system. Add the AI reasoning in an ERP field that isn't used before.
